Curriculum - Yellow Belt


Yellow Belt Students continue development of skills without having to worry about the contact of free sparring.
  • Skills Taught at Yellow Belt include the initial spinning kicks, alternative blocks and additional basic kicks. Coordination of techniques really starts to develop at Yellow Belt.
  • The two primary skills tested for advancement are forms and one-steps.
