The Hardest Step for a White Belt is coming in the door and Signing up!

  • Beginners start by learning to use the proper "can do!" attitude in class.
  • Skills Taught at White Belt include Stances, Basic Blocks, Hand Strikes and Kicks.
  • The two primary skills tested for advancement are forms and one-steps.
